Each box/table is random and distinct, surprising you with delectable snacks. If you have any specific requests, let us know when ordering. We may substitute unavailable items with similar ones. We prioritize allergies and dietary restrictions, ensuring safety. We cannot substitute products with a significantly more expensive product. Please do not request this from us as we do not like saying no - we are happy to substitute products of a similar price. Trust us to exceed your expectations with our exceptional selections.

We understand unfortunate events may happen:
We cannot provide refunds for purchased grazing boxes or grazing table deposits/final payments. We will offer store credit for a future date if you require the dates to be changed.

Consumption
In compliance with Food Standards Australia New Zealand, we advises that all foods prepared by us have to be consumed or discarded within 4 hours for tables/platters and 3 hours for boxes.
​Foods consumed after this time period will be at the consumers own risk. Consumers should take necessary precautions and measures when consuming and handling our products.
We accept no liability or responsibility to any illness, sickness or damage caused due to consumers not abiding by the terms and conditions regarding our consumption standards.
